Our center is located in a beautiful environment in the beautiful village of Batticaloa in the Eastern Province. The academic activities of the center are carried out under two sections, Teacher sector and student sector. We also have huge Vocational Education Division which was started under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission from 2011. Our Center is the first ITDLH in the Island to start this division.
